Coupler for older valves
The Flat Valve Adapter from Exped makes it possible to make older Exped mats with a built-in pump suitable for accessories such as the Schnozzel Pumpbag.
This adapter is coupled to the larger inlet valve and therefore fits on the narrower valves of the accessories.
The current Exped mats do not require a flat valve adapter to use the accessories, they already have the smaller valve. Older mats (purchased before 2012) have valves with a diameter of 3 cm and need this adapter to use the accessories.
This adapter combines one of Exped inflation aids (Schnozzel Pumpbag, Pillow Pump, Mini Pump, Schnozzel with one of the packsacks) with the older large diameter 32 mm flat inflation valve of Exped mats with integrated pump.
